Artists; can I ask you something?

Paint something that means something to you. Look for inspiration in the places you might've looked past. A painting doesn't have to be perfectly drawn and painted, it just needs to mean something. Don't compare your art with other's, use them as inspiration. Why do you like them? What is it about those paintings that grab your attention. What you paint may not always be origional but it's the way you express it that makes it your own. Look at different artists and you'll see that a lot of them paint about similar themes. Look at the way they paint them and how this changes moods. This is a bit chliche, but look inside yourself for inspiration, you can be creative just express yourself, that's more than anyone can ask. Hope i helped x
