Call a lawyer and use ONLY provable facts and figures when making your case. Damages may or may not be "tens of thousands of dollars", but statements like that go nowhere and do nothing to help your case, they only lead people to conclude that you are wildly inflating the facts. I doubt that you can sue for anything other that warranty violations. Lose the wild emotions and deal in facts, you will come out much better.
