How many teeth am I supposed to lose?

There's usually 20 baby teeth. 10 in the top, and 10 in the bottom. Every person is different and people lose their teeth at different ages. I've seen adults who still have baby teeth that never fell out and have to be pulled. About that wiggly tooth I wouldn't worry if I was you. It sounds like its the baby tooth that's getting ready to fall out and the permanent tooth is coming in. Of course the only way to know for sure is to go to the dentist. Hope this helps. : 0 )
