What to do about a Screaming two year old?

My daughter is about to turn two and she hit a screaming stage. Holy crackers, she is fierce. She is in no body harm, no pain, not hungry just randomly start screaming her lungs out. she will scream for a few minutes then run off and go back to what she is doing. I've tried the timeouts. Telling her no and anything else I could think of. For a while the "I'll put you down for a nap if you scream" worked. Now it doesn't. It's not a regular scream though its Shrilling, and I live in an apartment so it has to stop. How can I maybe work with her to not scream? First kid so Im still learning with her.
