He likes your appearance so I suggest you let him see who u are (personality) by trying to start a conversation with him. Make some jokes with him to make him feel comfortable (Ex. When u see something dumb or a person act retarded and he is near, laugh/smile and look at him and tell him how dumb or retarded that person was, he might laugh with u and agree and hopefully a convo will be started.)
