How can I make my MP3 files to DRM?

My cellphone suport MP3 file as a ringtone but when I put Mp3 file it does not avaleble for ringtone.and when I want to copy the corrent mp3 file taht I got in my cellphone it says these are DRM object you cant copy them to you PC.
