Ideas on financing a reunion due to international adoption?

Maybe the Dave Thomas Foundation (Wendy's) could help you out...since they love to financially help out people who have no connection to the babies they want to adopt. Or maybe the US Govt who subsidizes adoption with a $11,000+ tax credit...would be nice if the US Govt "subsidized" families to reunite, as well.
