What is the chance that I will be hired as a peace officer in Socal.?

Here is the story. I am fairly certain that I meet the qualifications to become a police officer in SoCAL. Criminal History: None (Not even as a child) Physical Fitness: Excellent (20 BMI, 9 % body fat, track in college), nearsighted but can be corrected by contacts. Educational History: ociates Degree, Bachelors degree (Psychology major) minor Criminal Justice. Job History: Excellent. (Never have been terminated) Psychological: Normal taken MMPI nothing minor/major So you might be asking what is the problem is? I feel that my ual orientation (gay) will have an effect on me being selected.
