Do bands usually provide their own liability insurance?

I'm having a band at my wedding, and when read over my contract I saw that they wanted me to provide the liability and personal injury insurance. Typically do bands usually cover their own insurance, and where could i get this type of insurance? I talked to Allstate (my car ins) and they said they didn't do that type and didn't know who did.
