My headache is killing me!?

Last sunday i had a really bad headache and took some advil and thought it will just p over. well its been a week and it keeps getting worse! i have tried sleeping it out but that dus not help at all bcuz wen i wake u it is just as bad. i have ben having trouble looking at bright lites as well. i am a thirteen year old so i dont think i can take major medicine. please help.....
