Should I go to an in state university or out of state community college?

I live in Florida and I was accepted to Fiu, Usf, Unf, and Fau but i really want to go to ucla. I was thinking of moving to california with a friend and attending santa monica college so I can transfer and I wont have to pay out of state tuition if i get accepted to ucla. Me and my friend dnt really have much money. Should I take a risk and move to go to an out of state community college for a year and hope to find a job quickly or go to an in state school and try to transfer after 1 year?
