I gave my friends 'the silent treatment' (their interpretation and now everythings ruined...?

As life goes on, you'll soon realize that true friends are hard to find. After 2 years, your "friends" should have moved on with their lives. I have been a victim of a one sided friendship before and it hurts. I was always the one who did everything, just like you. As for the friend who never apologizes for anything, I feel your pain as well. My same "friend" didn't apologize for anything either, but instead insisted that either I can't take a joke, I'm too sensitive, or that it was all in my head. I soon realized that even if those things were true, she still should have apologized for hurting my feelings. She also tries to impress people as well. Just know that people like that are just insecure with themselves. They feel like they're "too good or too cool" to apologize and admit that they were wrong. They have to belittle people to feel good about themselves. It's so pathetic if you really think about it. As for the reason why they can't talk to you, the only ones that will truly know is them. Again, they probably feel better about themselves by talking about you. Please, don't sink to their level. I can ure you, you are meant to have friends. Take a deep breath and forget about the ones that have hurt you and hold your head up high. Don't sulk. Do your hair, nails, and makeup nicely and dress with pride. Get to know other people at school. It's good to have a variety of friends, so don't stick with just one "group." If you show an interest in someone, they'll usually show one back. I know exactly how you feel and wish you the best of luck. Hope I helped :-)

Adding a spouse to a deed?

My wife and I have an ongoing "disagreement" over her name being added to the deed to our property. We have lived together and been married for 6 years; No children. I bought the property and built a house on it several years before we met. Two years ago, I became disabled, and that left my wife with most of our financial burdens. She has been nagging ( that's a nice way of stating it) about having her name added to the deed. She feels that because I receive ssi payments, that the house would be taken away from her in the event of my ping. In addition to that, she's tired of paying toward something that she claims "isn't really hers". My back tires are Heating up, too hot to touch. Help!!!?

I have a 1994 Isuzu rodeo, 4x4. The rear drivers side tire was making a metal to metal noise. I took off the tire and it looked like the break caliper had frozen up and not released. It ate the rotor and the pads were gone. I put a new caliper and break pads on. Bleed the brakes. The break like on the dash went off.... for about a day. Now the light is back on and the same tire, with the new caliper and pads is still hot. The calipers are not releasing. The p pagers side is not as hot as the drivers side rear tire is. I jacked up the rear end and put it in neutral, moved the tires up and down. Bearings are ok. Turned the tires forwarded and backwards. No seized calipers, no drive shaft problems, axle grease is good. But I can drive to town and back and the tire is almost to hot to touch. It has stained the aluminum rim :((( Anyone out there got any ideals???

this is an interesting question. i'm not an expert and i don't know the answer to your questions but i can back what you said up with personal experience. i'm a 5 degrees taurus with my mercury and jupiter in taurus and i, too, have adhd. i was dianogsed when i was around 10 or 11 by multiple testing centers after my teachers found me to display typical adhd traits in cl. my mars is also in aquarius, and my moon is in LEO. these aspects give me great emotional creativity.. yet..i can never reach where i'm trying to go. they're at complete opposites with each other, making my mood swings extremely interchangeable. (bipolar? i'm not sure.. astrological or genetics? my dad is bipolar. so who knows lol) to the point where it disrupts daily routine ever since i was a kid. also... most of the signs in my chart are all fixed signs.. oh boy

He sent two credit card numbers and info for billing. He didnt want to see a proof of the shirts, didnt negotioate the price, says hes in Tangier, has an address in Id, and ordered the shirts in Houston Tx, says hell have someone pick them up. I guess it would be no problem if i had been able to process the card right away. The fact that he prepaid seems legit but what kind of scams can he be running. He emailed me to go ahead and print without sending him a proof of the shirt so if he tries to say that its not what he wanted then I have that. I find your writing to be good. Your use of parallel sentence structure is quite amazing but there are points in your writing where I get lost in the words. Also, you should go through this again and make sure you fix some grammar and typing errors that are present. One last thing: I think the end lacks a little in comparison to the rest of the piece. thats definatley wishlull thinkin. they got three guys on roster now that are guaranteed for next year. they are banking heavily on free agency and have nothing other than being the knicks and playing in new york to attract top free agents. just because they freed the cap space doesnt meen they will get the star players, its still going to be a rebuilding process and that going to deture top talent who are looking for a ring. its probably going to be veterains at the end of their careers who are better fitted as role players, we will see if they make the mistake to over pay them. i have a feeling that the last 2 seasons that they basically threw away for this free agency is gonna blow up in their face. however there is a positive in this for the future even if that happens. the knicks did miracoulously get rid of Isaihs overpaid untradable contracts so over time they will have the cap space for some move and aquisitions. i just dont think they will get it all in this upcoming free agency. id bet they get one signifigant star player, and still will need to rebuild for the next 3 years

I've been diagnosed with depression and prescibed Prozac. It treats the depression symptoms, I generally feel like I am in 'a good mood', and physically, I am depression-free: I eat better and sleep better. BUT, I have noticed that when something upsets me or irritates me, no matter how mundane or insignificant, I completely overreact and get violently angry very fast. I have always been an easy-going, pive person, but lately I am angry alot and have violent and even homicidal thoughts, though of course I have not acted upon them. I believe this may be a side effect to the Prozac, and if it is, I will discontinue immediately. Is this merely a side effect, or another mental disorder that just so happened to manifest around the same time I started the medication? And if you believe it's a side effect, have you or someone you've know experienced these things?

However, I'm used to REOs being 10-20% discount from mkt (generally), and the zEst and Estimate Market Value by R/T shows $500k and up. When I look at the tract at zillow, all the homes are in that zest range, so the zest seems to make sense, BUT the Total essed Value (this year and in prior years) is always in the 40k to 60k range. Pet mouse name!?

Just rescued a mouse from the snake food bin at my local pet store. The guy is a bit untamed (He was in a 5 gallon aquarium with 15 other mice... the poor guy). He is now in a well ventilated wire cage made specifically for mice with bars he can't even put his little nose through. The only problem is he needs a name so I can train him to it! What video card will work with civ 5?

I just bought civ 5 and all my system requirements meet the minimum except my video card. I want a cheap video card, preferably under $100 that will play civ 5 at the minimum. But my boss did not know what this gal had done such as peeking on someone else's pay stub even though I already told her not too but she did not stop doing it. So, I feel like I gotta say something to my boss because all this time I kept my mouth shut about her but this gal stabbed me in the back and now I become the bad guy in front of my boss's eyes. I also felt like everybody going against me in this company. you can taste the difference - but not everyone can. Some people have higher sensitivity in their taste buds, and you can't really change that. So i guess the people with more sensitivity can. Or maybe if you are an avid beer drinker you could tell. I know i can tell between bud and coors bc i think bud is gross!! What to do about a Screaming two year old?

My daughter is about to turn two and she hit a screaming stage. Holy crackers, she is fierce. She is in no body harm, no pain, not hungry just randomly start screaming her lungs out. she will scream for a few minutes then run off and go back to what she is doing. I've tried the timeouts. Telling her no and anything else I could think of. For a while the "I'll put you down for a nap if you scream" worked. Now it doesn't. It's not a regular scream though its Shrilling, and I live in an apartment so it has to stop. How can I maybe work with her to not scream? First kid so Im still learning with her.

Slapping children/ DHS?

I live in Iowa. I called DHS in woodbury county and reported that my son who is 8 was slapped by his mother so hard that he has hit the wall or falls to the floor. the DHS worker almost laughed after I told her what he told me. later she wouldn't even do a report, she said if there was no bruise there is no abuse. the mother beat my son on a reg basis, when he was 2 and under. he came to my house black and blue and with unexplained burns. when I took him to the hospital and they contacted DHS, the worker determined that it was unfounded (they won't do anything) and told me that if i continue to report these incidents that they would take my son away from me. later i reported more abuse and got another unfounded report. they told me that "there IS abuse happening in her care but we do not know for sure that it is her doing it." if a child is in her care and they are abused and she doesn't do anything about it, isn't that neglect which is also abuse? It hurts me to see my son hurt but I can't take him and run or I would be thrown in prison and he would go back to her, and DHS won't pull their head out of their a** and help him. What can i do to protect my son? and how do i get action out of DHS?

Seeing as you're both shy, you should hang out in a group first and slowly you'll get closer. But don't rush it, just let it happen naturally. I think having fun with middle names, in terms of cultural or in your case, interest in 30's and 40's is fine, but to give the child an odd first name, it just makes life harder on the child. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't and the kid is stuck with the name for life. You don't have to go with the normal, boring, 1 in a million names, but I wouldn't name the child something way out there.

Can aerosol spray paint damage your eyes without protection?

I am in a small area and am about 5 feet away from an open door way to outside and do have a respirator to keep me from breathing spray paint but do not use goggles because of constant fogging. Play around with the manual settings. IS only helps up to a certain degree. If the shutter speed is below maybe 1/4 of a second, it might not help at all if you hands are still shaky. You still have to try to hold the camera steady with lower than 1/30 of a second. If you are indoors, set it to Tv (shutter priority) to 1/30 or 1/15 with ISO 200 or 400 and just experiment. You probably don't want to take candid shots of 1/30 or below if people are moving around. Motion will be blurred. You'll need to tell the people to stay still until you point the camera away. If the exposure still comes out way too dark with the shots unusable, then you probably should be using a flash anyway.

Why does our puppy have runny poo?

Your puppy seems to have a very sensitive stomach. Some dogs can't eat certain dog foods, some dogs can't even eat cooked meat. You should make sure he does not eat fast, this can cause a huge stomach upset and could mess up his digestive system. When feeding him, try feeding him out of a "Kong" or hand feeding him slowly. Until he starts to eat slower, do not put his food bowl on the ground. His poop is running probably because his stomach is trying to get rid of something bad he ate. This isn't really a problem, but if his poop is still runny in the next few days take him to the vet. In this time make sure he drinks a lot to stay hydrated. If feeding him slowly doesn't work and his poop is still runny within the next few days you might want to change his dog food, but before you do, go to the vet to talk about your options.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in together. We rented a townhouse duplex that seemed perfect. It is older, Built in 1987. Our landlords are our neighbors and live in the connected unit. She got very defensive and told me that I did not need to turn the water off. There are a lack of wrestling clubs in england and in my area. It got me thinking about Judo. I have great respect for the art and what a tough sport it is, With the importantance on the grip on gi . How easy have people found in to transfer to mma with out grips. Is it the same as with BJJ gi and BJJ nogi ? Ive read on Judo forums that it has taken some people up to a year training to hit a throw cleanly against a full resisting opponent. This seams along time , as im using it to supplement my other training . Would it take me getting to a very good level before skills are transferable. I only say this as when learning wrestling techniques in mma i can have success with them right away. I suppose the second question just follows on how have people found judo in self defense situations.

Why do I gag when I try to eat certain vegetables?

I can drink any vegetable juice you hand me, but for some reason I gag whenever I eat the solid form of most veggies. I can eat carrots, potatoes, and green beans with no trouble at all. But give me celery, lettuce, or peas. And after maybe 6 bites, I'll gag once and then have a "throwing up" feeling until I get the vegetable I gag from out of my mouth and drink some water/juice. I don't think it has anything to do with my digestion since I eat whole grains and fruits easily (the only fruit I have a problem with is cantaloupes). I heard that when you get a Mystic tan, there's some bronzer in the mist along with the DHA, and I was wondering if there's anything I can do if possible, to get rid of the orange bronzer without affecting the real tan from the DHA.
