What video card will work with civ 5?

I just bought civ 5 and all my system requirements meet the minimum except my video card. I want a cheap video card, preferably under $100 that will play civ 5 at the minimum. Don't tell me that blah blah blah is a really good graphics card if it costs $300. I am stressing on CHEAP because I'll only have about $80 left after i buy my $600 drum set. Also make sure it can be bought in a store because I can't order anything online.
